100 Calorie Snack Ideas

Here’s our list of 100 calorie snack ideas that are all natural and good for you.  These can be eaten throughout the day or added on to your meals based by your calorie needs.  Feel free to double and triple the amounts and easily adjust the calories.

  1. 3 dried apricots + 6 almonds
  2. 6 ounces plain nonfat yogurt + 1 tablespoon date honey
  3. 11 ounces coconut water
  4. 1 tablespoon walnuts + ½ banana
  5. 2 tablespoons dried cherries + 1 tablespoon pistachios
  6. ⅓ cup za’atar roasted chickpeas 
  7. 1/2 medium apple and 1 inch cube sharp cheddar cheese
  8. 1 tablespoon nut butter and 2 stalks celery
  9. 1 brown rice cakes with 3 sliced avocado and a sprinkle of salt
  10. ½ cup low fat cottage cheese
  11. 1 square 70% dark chocolate with 6 almonds
  12. 1 cup carrots with 2 tablespoons hummus
  13. 3 cups air popped popcorn
  14. 1 halva bite (link to recipe)
  15. ½ cup sliced cucumber and 1 ounce soft goat cheese
  16. ¼ cup ricotta cheese with 1 teaspoon honey
  17. 1 hard boiled egg with a pickle
  18. 4 whole wheat crackers, like triscuits with 1 tablespoon hummus
