Avocado Toast

Avocado Toast

Your typical Avo Toast gets a protein boost from sliced boiled eggs. We also added fresh veggies for extra vitamins and nutrients.
Calories: 215kcal

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole wheat toast
  • ¼ small avocado
  • 2 slices plum tomato
  • 1 hard boiled egg sliced

Instructions

  • Scoop half and avocado on to toast and mash it with the back of your fork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Top with tomatoes and sliced egg, sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired.
