Your typical Avo Toast gets a protein boost from sliced boiled eggs. We also added fresh veggies for extra vitamins and nutrients.
- 1 slice whole wheat toast
- ¼ small avocado
- 2 slices plum tomato
- 1 hard boiled egg sliced
- Scoop half and avocado on to toast and mash it with the back of your fork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with tomatoes and sliced egg, sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired.
