Jewish Bagel Toast (without the bagel)

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole wheat toast
  • 2 tablespoons soft goat cheese
  • 2 ounces lox
  • ½ Persian cucumber sliced lengthwise

Instructions

  • Spread goat cheese on toast.  Top with lox and sliced cucumbers
