Peanut Butter Banana Toast

Peanut Butter Banana Toast

An oldie but goodie. Protein, good carbs, and filling! Be sure to stick with natural peanut butter, preferably one that’s unsweetened or lower in sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole wheat toast
  • 2 teaspoons all-natural peanut butter
  • ½ banana sliced

Instructions

  • Spread peanut butter on toast. Top with sliced bananas.
