Peanut Butter Banana Toast
An oldie but goodie. Protein, good carbs, and filling! Be sure to stick with natural peanut butter, preferably one that’s unsweetened or lower in sugar.
- 1 slice whole wheat toast
- 2 teaspoons all-natural peanut butter
- ½ banana sliced
- Spread peanut butter on toast. Top with sliced bananas.
