Pineapple Cream Toast

- 1 slice whole wheat toast
- ¼ cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese if you prefer
- 2 tablespoons crushed pineapple
- 2 whole walnuts
- Spread ricotta on toast, top with and spread pineapple.
- Crumble walnuts over top.
