In addition to your weekly menu plan we are including a menu plan for Shavuot. This year Shavuot starts right after Shabbat so the menu here starts with Shabbat dinner and lunch and moves along to the 4 Shavuot meals. These are just your starting off point, save the collection and modify as you prefer. This menu includes using your slow cooker for an easy healthy Shabbat lunch and having it available to use again for the last lunch of the holiday.
I included a breakfasty type menu and things to keep it lighter since there are just so many meals. By the way, we do have a healthy cheesecake, and whole grain crepes/blintzes, and if you want lasagna try this Zucchini lasagna. For the fish meal, this is a fish that can be made ahead and you can make it fun by serving as tacos with lots of toppings.
