Sweet and Sour Meatballs

We took this classic recipe and made it healthier, but just as tasty.  Using raw, unadulterated cranberries, means we get all the benefits like a lower risk of urinary tract infections, prevention of certain types of cancer, improved immune function, and decreased blood pressure, and none of the sugar.  The sweetness comes from crushed pineapple, which is no slouch in the health department offering a slew of nutrients like potassium and fiber.
