Peanut butter toast gets an upgrade. Using tahini still gives you that toasted nut flavor, but without all of the sugar and sodiums that peanut butter can have.

- 1 slice whole wheat toast
- 2 teaspoons tahini
- 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- Spread tahini on toast, top with sunflower seeds, sprinkle with cinnamon.
